Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipment Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days if the item is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided based on the shipping method selected and your location.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) from the respective shipping carrier. You can track your package using the provided tracking number(s) on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: International shipping rates and delivery estimates will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.   • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Similar to domestic shipments, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information for your international order once it has been dispatched.

Backorders and Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will notify you promptly and provide an estimated restocking date. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available, choose an alternative product, or cancel your order for a full refund.
